Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original deposit. The processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Additional Fees

Refunds may incur small fees based on the payment method:

  • International methods: 1% of the refunded amount.
  • Local methods: 2% of the refunded amount.

8. Disputes and Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or dispute without a valid reason may result in:

  • Termination of your account.
  • Cancellation of all pending orders.
  • Revocation of any followers, likes, or engagement delivered to your social media accounts.

9. Non-Refundable Orders

Refunds are not available for orders placed:

  • From private, misplaced, or inactive social media accounts.
  • Where multiple servers were used simultaneously, affecting service delivery.

10. Fraudulent Activity

Any account using unauthorized payment methods or engaging in fraud will be terminated immediately. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
